Joni started her career with Great American in July 1994 and transitioned to Roofers Mart in 2021. After attending the University of Missouri, she gained experience at National Manufacturing before joining Great American. Born in Boonville, Missouri, Joni grew up on a farm in the Pilot Grove area. Today she lives in Overland Park, Kansas, with her husband Blake, daughter Blair, son Hayden, and their two pets, Pinto (dog) and Bean (cat). In her free time, Joni likes to read, crochet, and live her dream at the Lake of Ozarks. Also, she loves supporting her favorite sports team, the Kansas City Chiefs.
